Nawazuddin Siddiqui Is Missing Something That He Cannot Bring Back Anymore
Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of those few promising actors who has struggled his way up on the ladder. He has seen the bad days and decoded the way to get in the cinema world. Siddiqui, who touches every stratum of the society through his talent has made his appearance in the movies synonymous to quality and success.
However, the actor has recently been caught reminiscing his theatre days in Delhi, Mandi House. For the record, Mr. Siddiqui has been a part of renowned NSD (National School of Drama). He honed his talent on the stage of Delhi and realized that in order to do something big, he will have to go to Mumbai.
He reportedly said, “I have worked in Delhi for seven years. I was with the National School of Drama for three years and did street plays for four years. I remember the time when people would not get enough space to rehearse at the Mandi House central park because there were so many others practicing. Wo memories kabhi nahi bhuli jaati (One can’t forget those memories).”
After seeing days of hunger and struggle, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has reached that level where he has the critical acclaim, fan following, and some brilliant movies in his name. We have many talented and versatile actors associated with NSD, who, time and again get nostalgic about NSD days. Naseeruddin Shah and late Mr. Om Puri are some of the gems that NSD has given to Bollywood and we can’t thank our good luck enough.
